Laptop freezes completely, but only when using swingingheaven

Over the last couple of weeks my laptop has started locking up completely - will not respond to anything other than an emergency shutdown. This only happens with swingingheaven - not with any other internet access or programme. No other programme is running at the same time, and it occurs whether I access using Microsoft edge, or Google chrome. Is anyone else having this problem, and any ideas what may cause it? Its usually after about 15 minutes online.

I haven't been having any problems and I use Edge.

I'm afraid that I don't understand enough about how these things work to be able to help you!

Generally speaking, it is when there is some kind of software clash- it might be worth looking to make sure you have up to date drivers for all of your hardware and all the latest updates for the software too.

It not happening anywhere else could just be down to using hardware or software that you don't use elsewhere.

Try clear your Edge Browser Cache - close all your Tabs in Edge

Copy and paste (or type) this into your Address bar edge://settings/privacy

then Clear Browsing data now - choose what to clear - should be at least Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and other Site Data, Cached Images and Files.

You may lose some settings on some Websites you use but they can easily be reconfigured again.

Restart your laptop and see if it makes any difference

Thanks for those replies, I had in fact tried all those options already, with no success. The only thing that would move was the mouse! I desperation, I tried reloading Google Chrome, and lo and behold, since then it has not frozen, so here's hoping!

What mystified me was that it only happened with SH. So presumably something clashed with Google Chrome then.
