Warming the Bed
when we go to use our laptop we can't watch the video clips or see any text in the chatrooms this does not happen on our pc,i have tried altering some settings but have had no joy anyone got any ideas? thanks.

I am the site technical genius as anyone can tell you!
First you need to disable the PCP2PU port and attach a TRPIX modifier. If that doesn't sort it out you need to google and download a PCTRNW system upgrade and switch the whole thing on and off with your left hand while standing on your head humming the coronation street theme tune.
Once you have done that, pour yourself a large drink and kick the Laptop until it starts to work correctly!

Do you get any error messages or is the appplet just not responsive?
