Cannot get in chatrooms.
Showing how many in chat at top of main site, but I click to enter the chatroom, and brings up a new page but shows nothing.
Initially it looks not a lot different to the current chat, just a layout change of sorts.
My opinion but I think the Profile thumbnail in chat is a little big, the font of the chat the same, I can see members with
smaller pc screens seeing a lot less of the chat?
Keep the thumbnail of those chatting in the room the same size as those showing in the members list in the room?
There is no name via the usual tab of the room you're in after you've joined it?
I like the settings box, crisp enough, I also like that you can hide members that you've blocked, presumably
that means via both seeing their chat and in the members list.?
I much prefer the filter layout, the current chat is simply symbols that almost represent what you see on a
toilet door, the new chat does away with that by simply giving you the written equivalent.
However, retaining those symbols against a members name is ideal in the members list but is missing from the
chat itself which means you need to look to the members list and search for them to be able to see who they
are, couple/single female/male etc.
The ability to see all the rooms where photos are allowed at the click of a tab is good

Sorry, gotta ask, have you got any automated testing in place at all there? I only ask because so much of this new system seems broken it feels like it was rushed together in a weekend.
Morning so popped in and used for the first time today on mobile. Looks cleaner and crisp like the pics when u mention someone. Only issues I had were a few times I got a blue block over chat and when u view profile it opens new tabs where as before it gave u an overview that saved opening profile if they were not what you were looking for.
Not sure why you put a new chat in beta on here - some communication to your user base id the the bare minimum - why are you doing it what you perceive the benefits to be and a roadmap for improvements.
Your MVP was way wide of the mark - not sure who wrote your user stories or who signed off rolling out with such basic features not working. I know that you developers all say that your coding is self documenting but as a user that just doesn't wash - a user guide is essential on a public site.
Whoever is your development manager needs a quick crash course in application management and remember if you're agile then quality is "built - in"........
Failure to spend money on decent service management will cost you big bucks as your users leave in droves for a site that actually works.
Time to pop onto trust pilot and facebook to review the site there too

As users seems we are not deemed worthy of consultation before major changes to see what we the user would like, just new things imposed upon us
When you click on a profile to see the person's details rather than clicking view profile which as you say takes you away from chat click their ID (in blue) at the top of the box and this will open a new window showing their profile - works on a laptop not sure about a phone. Chat is then not lost

Clicking ID (in blue) doesn’t work on iPhone any longer. It used to. Opens up a new window and throws you out of chat!
Fine don't mind the changes but a few ux points.
1- log in box says Nick. That's a name in itself. Put nickname is that's what it is. But it's actually username as there is no where to set a nickname. Misleading / confusing
2 empty cam panel at the top. If I'm not using them that's a total waste of screen estate. Give me the choice to minimise that area.
3 the number of different colours and boxes next to a user is confusing and you haven't documented what they all mean/ signify. Standardise them
4 - When people pay multiple pics of there user name at the top of so we know where their pics start not in the middle of their run of pics. We have no idea where one user's pics start and another finishes
How are you sorting the order off the picture room list? Every time I expand the list it's in a different order. It's not alphabetical, it's not by number of users... So is it just random. Sorry it logically please. Alphabetic or by number of users and keep it the same. One for the backlog for you

Sadly I am not sure SH seems to do logic - probably as it's too obvious!
Site keeps crashing (Im using Chrome), but other users also saying its crashed for them too. Common comments are ' For a paid site it should be resolved more quicker than a free one. '
Might be affecting the number of users as it seems to have dropped a lot lately ?
Please get the site back to being the best out there again (including lots more genuine ladies / couples ) !
