new site. cant get into chat

well the new site was looking good. checked on friends, checked my profile etc. went to go into chat ......said to join up ?? so i tried that with a new name etc. tried to get in chat .....no still shows me the join up page allthough showing logged in at top.
anyone else had this.?

I just tried and its okay for me...
What web browser are you using? (might help someone sort you out)
In Edit: try clearing your cookies and history - It was suggested to me just now for another part of the site and all is fine now!

got on ok ,said to read the rules ,did that can't click any where to say i've read them ,won't let me on till i've said i've read them .see my problem

Well I have been in and out of chat all afternoon without any problems and without the need to click anywhere to say I've read anything so no.....I dont see your problem dunno

Hi Thanks for the replies.
I just tried it again and it worked dunno

?? yes I am an aol user and have been for years with no probs.
Cache and cookies are cleared everytime i go off line.
I suppose it was just start up bugs.. missed my afternoon chat though. :sad:
