Best bet is raise a support ticket using the link above, and include what operating system you are using and you're web browser.
And it isn't shit really. It is simpler than before... Just make sure if you are using Internet Explorer that it is the latest version.
Still no use on my phone, into a room and then authentication message and out of room or try to switch rooms can't do that, goes back to lobby room, cams when I do get in crash, don't ask me to ask for a support ticket, I have been on the site a number of years and am not getting the service I am paying for, when I have to renew I will consider the above beforehand
Just to add to the above, opening a support ticket automatically captures all sorts of useful stuff about the operating system, browser, device you're using etc, and gives the people responding to you a good view of where the issue might be.

Question for St3v3 & Development/Support team.
With 29th July being the rollout/install day for Windows 10, then Internet Explorer ceases to exist and is replaced by Microsoft Edge browser.
With Win 10 having been in extended beta test, have they had chance to test Edge, especially for Chat ?
Just wanted to present another side perhaps, to Minty's comment earlier. I've had 2 or 3 issues along the way recently and always found Toots to be brand new when helping me. Sometimes it's been technical glitches related to the upgrade other times it's been issues with getting our account verified, she's sorted them out completely. Othertimes it's been minor disagreements with other chatters (hey we all get horny sometimes and have a blood rush), and while helping me she's perhaps advised me how I could have not been a naughty boy, but she's always been fair and lighthearted, and always sorted the things out.
Nothing in it for me, but seems only fair to say we all have good and bad days, but I've only ever seen Toots in here on a good day it seems.
I actually did put a support ticket in, and the support people closed it immeadiately without any sort of resolution.
Then stick it in again.....the site has changed, it's been upgraded, there have been a few (understatement) bugs, the site has been updated again, patches applied, more patches applied and so it goes on. What may have been apparent 2 weeks ago may not be today.
You can either mention your issues here, be detailed about them and you should get some sort of reply, either from other members, or even admin....if not then put in a detailed report, the only way you'll get some sort of help is to speak up.
Regardless of your previous comments aimed at me, I'm not phased by them or by your stance...but what I am is I'm still happy to try and help, you can still email me and give me the issues and if I can i'll help...but if not then head towards support.
I'm not sitcking up for support cos they are quite capable of doing that themselves but from experience when the site first upgraded on a sunny day early in June the wires went crazy...totally, it may simply have been a case of hitting the wrong button when support got to you, I've done it myself on member reports.

Only problem I heard about is some folk still can't get a shag after the upgrade - I dunno *shrugs shoulders* you can't please all of the people all of the time can you :/
