Selecting a chatter and then the ‘View Profile’ button will launch a new browser window which will then load that profile. However, if this new browser window is not opening, the only item that would cause this problem is a pop up blocker.
This item could be set up via a toolbar, security software or anti virus software. Please look through your system to find the source of this problem. You can either modify the settings or de-activate the item to test.
