Is there any way a block user from wispering me tool can be included in the chat tools for when mods are not about? have been hounded out of several chat rooms they seem to pick a room with no mods to escape detection
latest offender was xxxxxxx (feel free to hide name if not approp here))
Mods edit: No naming or shaming in the public forums.
Secondly, Chatroom Ops are responsible for chatroom discipline, not Site Mods. Contact them if you have a problem, please.
Jennyx although it is very annoying you might like to remove the name from your post as naming and shaming is not allowed anywhere on the site, its against the AUP.
There is no way of stopping whispers at the moment apart from asking them to stop or telling a chat op or room host but I do believe there is going to be a new version of chatroom soon so hopefully there may be something on that to address the whispering problem.

My bad sorry all posted in anger wasnt sure at the time hence note. Consider my bum smacked smackbottom
Thanks for pointing out boo boo heres hoping for the new version xx
Sorry you have had grief Jenny. Some people post publically what has just been whispered for everyone to see. That seems effective as a short term solution and should get you sympathy and support too.

this is what we do and the room owner warns then kicks.
This is probably the best way or just say xxx no whispers please and it should be dealt with a warning or kick depending on if the whisperer is contiously doing it in the room.
