Although I do use my cam frequently until now have rarely played on cam.
The other day discovered someone had taken pictures whilst watching a play session of mine.
Not sure what others do but I always try to ensure only what I/we wish to be seen via cam is set carefully before commencing.
At first when the person concerned told me they had done this I thought they were not being truthful.
However, later I did receive the evidence to prove that it's possible for someone to take pictures of cam play from where ever they are.
This I personally feel is not only unethical but an invasion of my privacy and what I choose to do in my own home. Especially in view of the fact of not being asked prior for permission to do so. ( In fact never knew this could actually be done)
I'm not sure how others would feel about this?
I now wonder what will happen to said pictures and exactly where they will end up?
Strangely enough the person concerned hasn't appeared in my usual room since. Mind when they do I intend to have a few words with them regarding what they did.
It's not going to stop me going on cam but may think twice now before playing again. Know my friend from that particular evening will be far from happy when I inform them of whats occurred.
Both of us, like many others take care about what pictures we post on our profiles.
More importantly any photographs are taken with my/our consent and the photographer at the same location as me/us. Then I/we have the final decision on which of said photographs can be published and where.

i know of a program which records everything on your computer screen including cams since i ahve seen this work myself i too have been worried about the camming but i also dont understand how anyone would be able to stop someone from doing this
There are quite a few programs that can record what appears full screen or in a window on a computer screen. These can be saved till later for whatever purpose the recorder wants.
Unfortunately this can't be prevented.
I brought this issue up ages ago. It's a scary prospect and isn't limited to the SH chatrooms. Pictures/video can be taken from MSN too etc etc.
Sadly whilst a lot of us are just seeking fun, there are saddos out there who wish to collect images etc, they probably can't get the real thing.
However I'm sure they are very much in the minority - don't stop having fun, just be vigilant.
bicurious hun know in future am going to be far more cautious regarding just what gets seen from my cam.
Hope this won't stop you from enjoying using your cam to play.
Never posted to scare people more a case of for any who had no idea to be aware of what can/could happen.

Just to get the other side of the coin. I got the screen shots, in hindsight stupidly, naivety, in innocence. I didn’t use a dedicated programme just cut and pasted. A mistake but I thought nothing of it .not thought it through thoroughly, a spur of the moment thing. Kitty had greeted me many times as had the other regulars in the room had, so stupidly I thought she wouldn’t mind. As for the content, a few bra and knickers shots, sitting at the pc topless, nothing like penetration .No open leg shots. No playing with a vibrator. No intercourse pictures, real tame as far as on here goes. Having taken the screen shots I talked to kitty telling her what I had done. I emailed her the pictures and her response wasn’t one of hurt feelings or not liking but I got a thank you. I didn’t come on Internet that’s why I didn’t appear in the room . When I did come on this was all posted, she must have been “advised” on what her opinion should be on the matter. Having received an email asking for a quiet word I whispered in the room. For which I was openly chastised and we could have sorted this out quietly. I straightaway apologised publically to her and all the others for my mistake and deleted said pictures. Had she said when I first sent her the pictures and how hurt she felt I would have deleted them straight away. I don’t think showing a person pictures of themselves comes into the category of distributing ,and they were deleted later.
So why wasn’t my appoligy mentioned?
And my admittance than I had made an error?
