Have a look on here:

In edit: depends which one you have; they don't all work on Vista, by the look of it.
A piece of free software which may help

allows you to choose between several cam inputs and also allows that chosen cam to transmit to several destinations at once -- eg you can use the cam on SH chatroom and MSN at the same time. It also provides a fairly good interface between the cam and any other software you are using. If you use this, remember to remove the "Manycam" logo from the transmitted picture (in the "text over video" box)
Hope this is useful to you
John
1. Right click anywhere at the top of the chatroom
2. Click settings
3. Click the little camera tab
4. Make sure your camera is present and selected
5. if so then Voile
6. if not then reinstall drivers, m,ake sure you have most uptodate flash player from
best of luck

Have you contacted the help/support desk for your product?
I have a few computers and they are all vista and and all have cams installed and working. You need the vista drivers, obviously for your particular cam but some of the older cams do not work with vista because they have no drivers for it.
The latest version of Lifecam software is 1.4 which is Vista compatible. You can download it from
Thanks for the replys but still nothing seems to be working the camera is vista compatable and it works perfectly on msn, its as if there is a clash between the camera and swinging heaven but carnt seem to reslove it. could really do with meeting someone that can come round and sort it out or if i can bring it to someone who believes they can sort it
cheers

Hi D and S,
You could try right clicking the SH chat room get the settings up, and pre set the allow before you click the camera icon on.
Another approach would be, I have an MSI star cam camera which works fine on Vista and SH. About £12 from CCL up near Birstall. If you have got to the total frustration, throw money at the problem stage with the computer?
Cheers Robert

This should resolve your problem.
