As some already said, you have a popup blocker runing somewhere and need to locate it so you can allow popups on Swinging Heaven then all will be fine.
I recommend Opera
But by us recommending 3rd party browsers wouldn't fix there popup problems as both firefox and opera have built in popup blockers to so they would still get the same problem until disabled :D
IE 6 only has the popup blocker if the have sp2 installed as far as i know, its been quite a while now since i tried it and removed it so someone else will have to verify that.
I have ie6 on my pc with sp1 but no built in popup blocker, I have a 3rd party one running.

if its IE7 then on the right hand side you will see a tools button and its in there

What ever softwear they are already using will also have popup preferences to.

use firefox and I cant get any of the profile pics enabled or disabled pop up blocker I still get nothing? any suggestions?

If its just profile pictures you can't see, try turning your firewall down a little..
