Profiles Lagging

There appears to be an intermittent problem with the profiles hanging for as long as one minute, which affects all SH windows that are open except chat.
This has been going on for several days, I have tried three different browsers with no change. Others have mentioned this in the chat rooms but as yet I've not seen it reported.

I'm not a techie whizz by any stretch of the imagination but just to let you know that I too have been experiencing some lag problems (with profiles in particular) which seems to have been resolved by using Google Chrome as my browser. Not sure if this was one of the ones you tried or not dunno

Same thing happening at the moment. Was in chat but couldn't access profiles or the forum pages. Had to come out and re login.
I'm using IE 8 with XP Home.

I have been experiencing exactly the same for some weeks. I am using Vista and Google Chrome.
