Tonight, i was greyed out of an ops room before I even got to say anything. Why?

MOD EDIT: Don't blame the Ops when you have no idea what happened. Ops don't boot people for no reason and if you didn't say anything then you weren't booted!

If its bad news it's always our fault. Remember the earthquake a week or so back. That was my fault too !

Course I should've realised that. But is greyed out same as booting? My pc sometimes plays silly buggers and i've had rooms "grey out" on me.

The greyed out syndrome is the same symptom that you get when either kicked out of a room or you lose your connection or a multitude of other things can cause it too. confused

To clarify.
I went to an ops room with one op in it (no one else) to report something - they were marked as busy (no entry sign on their thingy). I waited - they eventually asked me if i needed help, /i started to reply but hadn't sent it then - wham greyed out.
Connection did onot go down - methinks he op was to impatient and went elsewhere within 15 seconds of asking!

If he had went elsewhere, then your screen wouldn't have went grey you would just have been talking to yourself in an empty room rolleyes

No this happens to us every few minutes.
If you right click to select rewind, then select play or forward it comes back up again, but not in the chat room you just left.
It is annoying. Ive cleared me cache etc, but still getting it. only been happening since the new chat service has been up.
Anyone got any ideas how to cure it?

It has taken me ages to settle in and find a room where i feel at home.
The we change the system and Im lost and back in room full of absolut pillocks.
