Tonight all the servers are crashing people about every 10-20 minutes.
Some of us pay to use the rooms and to access most of the site so why is it the chat rooms keep on having such problems.
It is not just aol/i.e users it is most of the members affected.
By taking the money you should be providing a decent service and currently members are not getting this.
Are members going to be given a refund on a month by month basis until this problem is is happening a lot and you only have to look here in the forums to see it.
What is the site management doing to make this problem end?
It is no good a chatroom op replying need the people who are the ones behind the server running the site to explain money and not providing a decent enough service is not acceptable and no one here has offered a reason to why the site cannot handle the traffic yet still demands payment to use it.
This has been going on long enough now and i demand some sort of explaination to why nothing is being done to resolve the chatroom issues.

I agree, let's here it from those who are (or should be) accountable. It's easy to blame a users pc or his set up but like may others on here this is the only site that I have problems with.

Looks like 'Home of the Chatroom OP's' was missng on chat 2, this caused problems with one of the other admin rooms, should be ok now.
