Are there lots of people having problems logging into rooms that have only a few in but showing up full??? I've tried loggin in and out of Sh a couple of times too

same here - you get logged into the site main rooms but all other rooms show as full when trying to enter them.
Nola its great to submit support tickets indeed although depending on your membership status depends on the comeback from admin which is 24hrs if your a full extras member and less for others.
I think what would be a little more useful is a recognition of a problem and maybe a mention of it when you log on or stickied in bold temporarily at the very least to the top of the chatroom forum to save the frustration of finding things not working. I should think this might aid others in knowing that the problem is recognised.
