4fingers.....when you're writing your post.....look to the left and you'll see a list of them that you can click on.....for more of the click on 'view more emoticons' underneath them. Or when you get used to them you can type them.

When you write your post on the left hand side of the screen is a small selection of emoticons click on the link and you get a whole lot more appear in a new window. Click your curser in the place you want the emoticon to be on your message, and then click the emoticon you want.
Word of warning though always leave a space after the last thing you write before selecting the emote, or the emote will appear, but all your text will vanish.

The chatroom is a different matter 4fingers there is an emoticon list that you can print out on the site and it gives you the codes to type in
I'll see if I can find it and PM you with it.

yeah just type the emoticons on there whilst you're in chat and they'll show up on screen.

4fingers put it in your sig. If you go into your settings over there >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
and click on forum from there you will be able to put whatever you like in your sig and it will be on all your posts.

...and remember the chatroom emoticons are case-sensitive; for example:
:heart will display something similar to this :love:
:Heartor :HEART won't display anything other than the text you type

Please can you make us a sick/poorly smiley for the chatroom....???
Possibly a green sad face or something?? or 1 that turns green from yellow like the embarrassed 1 goes red??
