web cam not working

hi all   - my internal web cam is turned off - my added web cam works on facebook but just wont work on here - any idea for that?   thanks  in advance

Could be a multitude of reasons, could you state your browser? operating system? have you update flash lately?  Is it selecting your external camera as opposrd to your internal one?  Have you said beetlejuice threetimes?

Hi Toots  thanks for the reply - It seems windows 10 doesnt like my webcam for this site ( okay on ) - however chrome allows it so no worries - I will just use this one - wish i stayed with windows 7
