sad CAN ANYONE HELP ME BEEN ON SITE ABOUT A YEAR. WEB CAM WORKED FINE UNTIL ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO NOW WONT LET ME OPEN WEBCAM IN OK OUT OF CHATROOMS REPLACED FLASH PLAYER DOWNLOADED NEW DRIVERS FOR WEBCAM BUT NOTHING ALLOW BOX COMES UP AND I CLICK ON IT EVERYTHING FREEZES. DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS PLEASE WANTS TO GO ON CAM BUT DOING MY HEAD IN. IF IT HELPS GOT ACER ASPIRE 5920 WITH BUILT-IN CRYSTAL EYE WEBCAM. THANX JOHN AND JOANNE

ours did that last week...
3 days of system restore reloading drivers did nothing.....
unplugged the cam and changed what usb it was in it works fine now...
pretty sure that plugging the digi cam in upset it somehow..when I looked at the my computer page it was showing logitech cam as a fixed drive...
