Webpage cannot be found?

Help!!!!!!
I'm using the "If chat won't open click here" link as always to enter chat but keep getting a page saying.. "Webpage Cannot Be Found" confused

Can anybody help please

Try it now and let us know how you get on, you may have to refresh the page first though.

It is happening to me when I click the chat tab. It was working fine at lunch time.

Try a refresh, its all dwon to cache issues, there's additional information here

Many thanks for all your advice and efforts :thumbup:.
We're AOL users and did manage to resolve the issue ourselves (using a combination of existing SH help notes), but have only just managed to get back to the thread.
If it's any help for the future this is what we did.
1. Closed down AOL.
2. Cleared Temp storage, cookies, Browse History etc.
3. Downloaded current Flash player (as per SH help notes).
4. Ran Flash connectivity test (as per SH help notes).
5. Did a restart.
Hey presto, all was well and we were back in the wonderful world of SH pervery lol

Once again many thanks, it's nice to know there's someone up there looking after us all.
