would it be at all possible to have pm messeges open in a seperate window. if you are typing a messege to another person as a whisper and they leave just before you hit the enter button the messege is viewable by everyone in the room. this can be embarrasing or worse still if its a phone number or somthing it could be a little bad. i dont think it would take much to sort this out any reply would be great as i think it is an issue that needs to be sorted

Just before hitting enter to send your text always check it says whispering to .............. (enter name here) wink

actually i have to say i agree them whispers are a pain in the arse, when its busy its just not worth whispering at all cause you can't keep up with the room and keep scrolling the names to change every time you want to talk to someone, be much easier to just open and close boxes.

I would imagine each whisper has it's own window a la mIRC dunno

Lets just hope its not like java whereby the cursor transfers to the new windomw(whisper window) automatically thereby making the transfer of confedential information to the wrong person all too easy mad
Sorry but if we had a vote on it I would vote against a new window for whispers..

whispers should be in separate windows.....otherwise it is an infrigement on the room.....wise up.....why not be private....if not advisable..then ban the stupid whispers compeltely

I suggest you moderate your tone.....
Whispers in new windows are a complete pain in the ass......Lets see how fed up people get when they are typing something to the main chatroom and it keeps going into a new whisper window(most likely an un-invited one rolleyes )
And whispers are private as they are now FYI
