Not a bug as such.
You can at the moment whisper yourself which is obviously a bit pointless (unless its useful at the moment for testing purposes).
Perhaps disable the whisper option if you click on your own name in the list?
I think the new chat looks great by the way.

its a very good way of making a note of something that you want to come back to a little later.
Whether it me the username of somebody that innocent or even somebody that :fuckinghell:
I use it quite often as it's quicker than start - programs - accessories - notepad.
