You are quite right its pretty attrocious that you have to try and try to access the chatrooms.
It is just luck if you happen to try and enter the chat room and a space is free.
I doubt we will be renewing our membership if this situation continues.

Here here guys!! I must admit i have been quite lucky to get in recently but the servers do keep crashing and rooms or room lists disappear!!
I think after months and months of testing surely we should have an accessible chatroom by now???!!!
Fewer and fewer folk are gonna renew their membership if this problem isnt rectified soon!

yes have tried but pc just locks up every time plus friends we have made dont use new chat
why should I have to choose between friends and new chat???????????

As per your last trouble ticket, the flash tests were not all successful, which indicates that a firewall on your pc is causing problems.
well who keep switching my firewall on and off as I was on for 10 mins this before giong to work!
as said I am NOT an imbocele
or am I to be satisfied with getting into chat for 10 mins in the morning before giong to work and not later in the day great value for money that is NOT
So what is the result of the firewall test;
and are you locked out of all of the chatroom or just certain servers?

Thats the test link, if you could pop the results on a ticket one of the dev guys will take a look, mostly there can be issues with firewall settings and in one case everything worked ok after rebooting their router, with a bit of dialogue we can normally sort things.
well just for your information Fabio i dont even get the server full message i just get greyed out and also for your information I dont just use forum to complain!! read the other posts i have put on site i.e songs. quotes, pics etc!!!!
but if i so choose to only use chat then i have the right to do so thats what i pay my 50 quidfor!!!

and at what point did i say i didn't..... in fact i am the room you normally frequent (the scottish room) as well as the other northern rooms... the north west, the north east, the yorkshire rooms... also the black on white rooms.... i have made loads of friends in them..... i have been to loads of socials in connection with these rooms........ so please don't assume anything about me.... and i won't do the same about you.......
the point i am trying to make is this.......if this is your way of dealing with frustration then in the end you will end up doing damage to yourself......life is too short... and if you are worrying about the small things like this (and in the grander scheme of life then it is)... then the big things will make you explode....
of course you are allowed an opinion...... if this is the way you decide to make your point then good for you... but i would say they there are probably better ways of making that point that in "big red size 24 writing"

we use tiscali upto 4mb and as stated generally have no probs in mornings
I started this topic as I am frustrated at intermediatley being able to get into chat not as a personal attack on anyone shame I cant say that of some of those who are replying who dont know me or H at all. Which also use large font inxase it offends someone.................. for gods sake!!!!
