Cornwall swingers - your advice please

We are in the process of acquiring a 100 year old charming, 10 bed house with 15 acres and therefore believe it would make a great venue for a Swingers Bed and Breakfast, but would you agree?
Having visited Cornwall on many occasions there do not appear to be any swingers events there while on the forums we have found lots of people who would like to attend adult parties.
Secondly many swingers have to travel some distance to attend parties so are not able to drink because they are having to drive home after a party. Would you therefore benefit from having a comfortable bed to retire to, so that you can swing for a a long weekend, returning home re-vitalised?
While we cannot cater for children could you benefit from having somewhere nearby where your children could stay sharing the company of other children of their own age? We have discovered local children's activity camps nearby, where your kids can play, learn and grow in confidence.
What would you also say if you could enjoy the following?
views;
setting;
suites with sex swings;
with sauna and jacuzzi;
and nail bar;
dance classes;
shop;
stories and DVD porn and much more ...
Our dream is to create the best Swingers Bed and Breakfast and Club in the UK. What other facilities would you expect to have and want to enjoy in such a Bed and Breakfast venue? kiss
