Hi All, After the huge success of our previous camping weekends we have arranged at Youtopia, Phil & Paula have again been kind enough to let us arrange another one in their wonderfull grounds to the club. It will be July 15th to 17th. It will follow pretty much the same as the last ones but we know from feedback there will be more wanting to come. The weekend will consist of Friday afternoon/evening arrive and pitch up.. Friday night in the club, Saturday morning recovering lol. Sat around 4pm the BBQ will be lit and we can all have a chill out before the saturday night fun.. sunday AM recovery again.. Sunday afternoon will be a chilled out afternoon of fun. It is a mixed weekend with a LIMITED amount of single males allowed to you want costs etc please feel free to get in touch with us.. Just a quick up date... We have had over 100 enquiries for this event!! What we plan to do is limit it to a maximum of 40 Couples. We plan to do a booking in system with the club and anyone who is genuinly interested will be given a booking reference by us which can be quoted when contacting the club. So those that are wanting to be on the list please book in with us ASAP.

The plan is arrive Friday and set up. There is shower and toilet facilaties available with electric. Friday night full use of the the club facilaties and play areas, Saturday day it is up to you, Last year quite a few stayed on site and some went into Scarborough. Around 4pm we will be lighting the BBQ and supplying burgers salad etc.. anyone is more than welcome to bring along anything they would want cooking. Saturday night full use of the club again. Sunday it will be a case of getting ready for off. The club will not be open on Sunday but the showers etc will be open to use. To be honest everyone is too worn out by Sunday!!
There will be a few select single males we are allowing 1 to every 4 or 5 couples depending on how many couples we get..
Cost : £35 per person for 2 nights, deposit £20
£20 per person for 1 night, deposit £10
Restricted numbers of single males will be allowed @ £40 per night. All monies are paid to the Club not to us! we do not make a penny.
You will need a booking number off us before you can contact the club to book though so please get in touch as places are going fast!!
Single males if you are wanting to come also let us know but we will not confirm untill nearer the date and we know how many couples there will be!

The Club will be hireing out tents for camping.
All tent hire info and tent pics are on website, its £20 night for a tent - 4 person but will hire out as one tent per single or couple as sleeping compartment isn't quite wide enough for 2 double airbeds (designed for adults and kids). Its a large roomy tent with sleeping compartment and living/dining area and will be more than large enough for 2 couples to play.
Each tent will be erected ready to move into and will include a double inflatable bed, 2 lights and a 2 ring gas stove.
Campers will need to bring bedding, pillows, towels, tea towels and personal items. They can either bring eating and cooking utensils etc., or can hire a pack for £5.
Pack will include: 2 pans, frying pan, kettle, toaster, serving utensils, washing up bowl and scourer. Knife/fork/2spoon set, lge/small plate, bowl and beaker per person.
Camping chair hire per chair.
Water container hire £1.
An additional £20 breakages deposit is payable when they arrive which will be refunded on inspection at the end of the stay, minus costs of any breakages or missing items from tent or hire equipment.
An additional £10 non-refundable deposit is requested for tent hire when booking on top of the booking deposit.
The Club are opening a mini shop for food, cleaning products, camping gas and essential items.
We have had well over 150 emails regarding this weekend!!! To book in to the club you will need to contact us for a unique booking number so please feel free to email us.

15 couples have now paid their deposits to the club. On wednesday we will be removing all those who have provisionally booked but not confirmed then re opening the list for bookings. You can look on the events page, reply on here or message us privatly x
The list has now been cleared! 17 couples booked and deposits paid. 10 places now still available so feel free to get in touch.
We are now looking for the single guys that wish to attend. Details as above, you must be camping for the 2 days numbers will be limited. You need to get in touch with us to get a booking reference.

After discussions with the club we have decided that Friday night will be a mixed night with single males who ARE MEMBERS of the club allowed and Saturday night will be couples and single females ONLY. Youtopia couple members are welcome both nights but single males who are members must book with the club for friday as numbers will be limited. Thanks
