and another in a place called Bernwood ?

Sorry sad old local history git here :sleeping:
Bernwood is the name of the old forest which covered much of north west bucks and parts of east oxon
There is a recently developed connection of the public footpaths said to skirt the boundaries of the old forest which may be how it came to your attention
and therefore the best car parks, which i think is why you asking, are sometimes only to be found through the local wild life trust or local knowledge :jagsatwork:

Dont know road runner mate we havent been back to the since we joined .
Thanks for the info , we found the place in question . The reason we went there is that a couple of local doggers posted that it was a good venue on a site that covers our local area on Uahoo . Well talk about misinformation , not only was it so far off the beaten track that even the foresters rarely get there , it was also completely devoid of all signs of life , so much so that we feel able to name it specifically as it definately ISNT a dogging site - nor will it ever be . So no chance of spoiling it , and lads we actually DO take your reccommendations for site , so when you give them dont just name the carpark nearest your house that isnt really fair .
