Yes we've had experience of it - a lot actually, although you're unlikely to find anything going on up there these days 
Problems with muliple cars full of teenagers causing trouble, shouting abuse, doing wheel spins, throwing fireworks at parked cars, even threatening the dogging guys with large sticks, now means that any couples who have seen these events for themselves, do not go there anymore
Not suggesting you are one of them, but all you'll find there now are a few older guys waiting hopefully like yourself and chatting to each other.
There is another more active spot on the outskirts of Bournemouth. Most couples seem to be there now.
