Advice sought for single guy in Bolton / North Mancs

Hi folks,
I would be grateful for any advice you can offer me on dogging as a single guy. I really want to know how to tackle the situation of being in a car park with a couple in a car.
Do i just sit and wait or is there some protocol about switching on interior lights or flashing (head lights i mean lol)
How do you know that the couple are up for being watched? As silly as it seems, do they just start getting frisky or would they be suspicious and want to try and qualify who you are first?
Can you follow them if they drive off?
I know of some places used by couples, but want to know more about the way it works.

DEFINATELY don't do this unless you have actually spoken with them and they want you to. It is VERY rude, damned annoying, and can scare more sensitive members of the community shitless. You may of course get idiots like me who will happily let you follow for two hours, whilst just laughing and eating sweets. Timewasting? Oh yes, but knobhead followers deserve it.

I read the hints and tips, not sure about the bit that says if the couples' car window is down - you can have a fondle, but i get the basic idea.
