Reminds me of a package on Radio Four several years ago - I think it was Farming Today - with a reporter sensationalising the issue in a horrified tone and speaking to park rangers about the issue. Daytime dogging is minimal, particularly in this weather! This country has a real problem with sex and needs to get over it.

Sadly, it is not minimal, I have seen single guys tail what is obviously a normal couple and seen our gay friends do things in broad daylight.
