Mal is currently doing some work on what makes a good ad, maybe he can answer this better than me, but here's my opinion for wwhat it's worth.
Ads that are for private meets have more chance if they are descriptive but not too long, polite, appear honest, etc etc. Dogging ads, I think, a re maybe slightly different in that it is probably the location and date that people take notice of the most (maybe?). Say for example I posted for watchers tonight - I wouldn't be so concerned with the age and the appearance of the guys but that they could be at the time and place I requested. Dogging is more about luck than anything and it's the same with dogging ads too. Turning up and being polite (as you did) are as good a way as any to join in the fun at Swinging Heaven!!!!
