If you get that 6th sense feeling that all might not be right when you're up there act upon it, be safe and get outta there. The places is clearly over-run by frantic weirdos going up and down all night. Heaven knows what's running through half their minds : I ain't hangin' about to find out.....not any more. And there have been law parked-up in the second carpark just waiting....and ruining the fun. be careful.
