IF you've done nothing illegal then a warden can't take your car number - well, he CAN but he has no reason to and the police, as Blue said, will just bin it. Ask for his works number next time - and tell him you're going to give it to the police. Fair swap is no robbery!!
well after speaking to him i think that we will give it a miss for a while just not safe
the only prob is we dont know where else to go that is safe if anyone can help with this would be grateful
