It would put me right off - can you imagine if the News of the Screws got hold of the images? with a car reg no as well, it would be difficult to deny. Even if no crime were being committed it could spell the end of a career for some people.
Hi
Chances are that many of the places you visit are covered by CCTV. A lot of information that is gathered cannot be used for reasons of exposure of the security system itself. It probably gives the viewer a lot of fun. In reality most of the information gathered by phone tapping and CCTV cannot be divulged as it gives the game away.
Anyway it cannot be so different as to being watched directly, a sort of long distance Dogging!!!
Regards to all
Hi
A lot of what you see that is supposed to be caught on camera are in fact actors playing to the camera, next time see where their eye are looking.
It is difficult to trace people and often not worth the effort unless there is some sort of other reason.
Public airing needs a discloser form to be signed by the participants. In most cases if you were humping someone other than your partner without your partner’s knowledge, you would not be too happy to have it broadcast unless you wanted to be.
Which is exactly why the people who do this are called the secret service. You will only know if you are being bugged/watched if they want you to know, perhaps to give a little warning.
Some thoughts.
regards
It is true that cctv is popping up in all sorts of places that you might not expect, but there are some points regarding them which might allay some fears.
1: Many cameras and the equipment they are recorded on are of very low quality, Have you ever watched crimewatch or seen a cctv picture in a paper and wondered how on earth anyone is going to be recognised by that quality of photo? Even in banks and suchlike where so called hi-tech equipment is installed the recording quality is usually poor
2: Unless some untoward event takes place, it is unlikely that anyone will be bothered to watch anything that has been recorded. Even on a system with say four camera's a single day generates 96 hours of video.
3: Most camera's are designed for daytime use, at night unless the camera has an infra red capability it is virtually useless, from dusk onwards the image deteriorates even more.
4: Camera's are often of the "fixed view" type, simply park to the side or to the rear, Panning camera's are more difficult as you cannot always tell where they are looking, They can't see everywhere all the time but as a rule they will cover the most frequented area's of the location you are in.
5:Many systems now record onto a hard disc similar to a computers, Depending on the capacity of the disc and the number of camera's, the images are overwritten every few days and are lost. Where tape recording is in use it is again common practice for tapes to be re-recorded over after a period of time.
You might like to try going to the security office of the location you are at and pretend that your car has been bumped by another, You might be suprised that many security guards will simply tell you, "Sorry but it's unlikely the camera's will have seen anything". Because most of the equipment used is crap.
Silky and I embarked on a midnight drive to Calais one evening a year or so ago . In order to collect some discounted beverages etc. We arrived at about 2am and went to the traditional Eastenders warehouse - but we couldnt stay there as the body odour from the assorted hairy arsed unhelpful bow bells staff spoiled our appreciation of the boquet of the 2 euro vintages we were testing . So we moved on to the wee french establishment down the road .
Having parked in the virtually empty carpark (3am by now) we felt the romance of the gallic air and began canoodlin' . I stood beside the car and whilst getting my dick expertly vaccumed by herself noticed an array of cameras in the carpark worthy of Rampton nick secure unit . Well we thought , best to leave a corner of a foreign carpark forvever England , would be rude not to . So Silky stuck her fantastic mini skirted ass out the back door and we went to town for the cameras .
I cant be sure because my French only extends to ordering an alternator for a Citroen , but the assembled nudges and giggles from the male staff as we entered to make our purchases suggested an audience , and the fenchman behind the counter was ultra helpful (most out of national character) . Anyways CCTV .....what fun !!
I have on the side here a small cctv cam....it's about 25mm square and includes a transmitter.....the lens is a ...it's an analogue cam which displays on a standard monitor at 625 line...the images are extremely sharp and produce recognisable pics at over 100 metres...most of the NEW stuff is much better and is also digital....in a previous incarnation I used to produce the mounting brackets for in-store cctv cams...the ones in the roofspaces above the shopfloors, looking down...the same ones in the void above many changing areas...I have seen cams disguised in toilet roll holders...what for I don't really know...but I have my suspicions !
I particularly like the ones mounted on lamp posts...they look like bottles with a dark bottom....there's one mounted on the river embankment in my town watching a local feature prone to vandalism.....at 100 metres it produces images you can count the hairs on...with a X10 zoom feature....the area is popular with people having fun after being thrown out of town clubs and bars...anyway, don't count on the images obtained being useless....many shop cams are poorly maintained and installed but the ones on "high streets" tend to be much better than most people think....
The cams on the "dogging site" down south are still operating....you just have to register every time you visit the place...and my name on here cannot be used on the cam site....strange that !.....I'll be visiting the place in a week or so anyway....
Hi
Most of the stuff shown on crime watch is low quality, trust me the original is very high quality. The powers at be do not show this for some reason!
You are correct, most cameras are for daytime use, but now almost all work in the infrared spectrum and the human eye in not capable of seeing infra-red, but the camera does see a perfect picture. For about £380 you can buy a very, very high quality camera (Sony) which will automatically turn to B/W (black and white) at night.
Then we come to the programmes that are used to enhance the raw footage, this is simply a case of what you see is not what you get. The media deliberately hide the true results. I have no idea why!!!!
If anyone wants to pm me I can expand on this and show actual night time results.
This world is deep, very deep and most of us only the smallest tip.
Kindest Regards
For less than a hundred quid you can buy a second user Sony nightshot....which, with its internal infrared illuminatorwill take perfect movies at about20 metres...just when you thought you were safe shagging at night...and a nightsight will cost you about 150 quid on ebay...with an internal light...
They'd cost you a few teeth and a bruised windpipe if I caught ya pointin em at us JT :-)
Followed the link on serendipity's posting.
I note that the police were, as usual, quick to respond, but of course between four and five is teatime so perhaps thats why they didn't turn out.
Having read some of the stories in the weekend scandal rags over recent times and seeing that the car was black and white, Maybe it WAS a police car!!!!
Hey guys
They cannot use any footage captured without your consent unless it is for criminal prosecution. To do so would breach the data protection act, which no one in their right mind would want to do.
Also - isn't it funny how weird the we are (we as in the British). Why should dogging spoil someone's career, as a nation we have such a hang up about sex, more so than any other country I have ever visited. So what if you have sex in public, does that make you a bad Accountant, or Banker (lol) . . . . .
The whole concept of dogging/swinging being mainly a british thing stands to reasont at we need to pigeon hole these things as we cannot differentiate bewteen sex for love and sex for fun.
ANy views??/
there are many instances of cctv footage being sold by the operating personnel.....some of you may recall the tv program featuring cctv images of people in compromising positions..
As for the data protection act....err...this is the act that most companies ignore ?
Yes they do....and there are so many "exemptions" and so much confusion about the thing....I could go back down to the city and buy dvds' of women in toilets or in shop changing rooms....so much for the DP act...if you don't want to be "seen", don't do this game....in many instances you will be in a group of people who you don't know, doing things you wouldn't WANT people to know...you'd be surprised how many guys think that they desewrve privacy.....wake up...smell the brown rose...
