I was under the impression that dogging was illegal and you could be arrested for par-taking and watching????
Please explain to me how sex in the open air and in locations with people isnt illegal.....i read the inspectors post about the police jsut being interested in the muggings that go on in those areas but i thought that sexual activity ouside of your own home and with other people was illegal.
Please explain...

Watching others having sex, without their knowledge AND for your sexual gratification is NOW a criminal offence.
Having sex in a public place where you ARE seen or COULD be seen has been a criminal offence for years.
Going out of your way to deliberately be seen having sex is prosecuted as gross indecency.
So, who cares ?
The law with relation to voyeurism is nigh on unworkable, unless the guy/gal watching is caught in an embarrassing position, so to speak.
Everybody alive is a public-place criminal, unless a nun....well......
Please stop asking stupid questions and get back to work producing the newspaper.
