you only get a break when you keep to the rules, no wonder many sites get filled up with mbb and boy racers when they are named.
The van you refer to was no doubt the one from the local recovery service they incase all the headlight flashing resulted in flat batteries.
Anyway, whats it matter who it was, as long as not the police, which you already state it wasnt.
