Dogging and the Police?

Last Saturday we were getting down to some fun in a well known spot near Leicester.
There was a tap at the window and a very polite police man moved us on.
We're quite new to this lark and to ber honest our confidence is shaken. It was very dissapointing, as the car park was very quiet but there was one interested looking guy nearby - looked like we could have been on for fun..
Appreciate any advice as to how to deal with the police and who to avoid having to.
The PC was very polite but, as anyone whose ever been out in Leicester city centre on a weekend night will testify, it seems a piss poor use of police resources for them to be emptying near deserted car parks at 10 o'clock at night sad

guys, please don't go down the wasted resources route..i hear what you are saying, but the anti beak bit has been done to death..the copper was polite, and only asked you to move..which you obviously did..fine..there is always another night or another place..some policing is innapropiate, granted..but you'll/we'll have to accept that as part of the deal...we have been moved on in the past, but mostly its just a drive-through visit without even pausing..just go with the flow and don't set your plans of fun in concrete..carpark fun is hit and miss..that goes for dogger and couple alike wink

Yes its true , the blue fellas cause far less trouble to doggers and couples than it is reported . Its natural that they would investigate regular night time gatherings at darkened spots with car lights in and out all night . Contrary to popular dogging legend I still havent read seen or heard one single confirmed report of an arrest or even official caution involving dogging . Most horror stories about police intervention are made up by bored doggers in lonely carparks and then magnified in places like this . You should be careful that you dont offend the police sure , but also kinda grateful they are around now and then - many of the places we call dogging sites have been used for much more nefarious activities over the years .
