Well, I can't say I've seen an increase in the usage of alcohol when dogging, although I know some guys bring flasks. Perhaps we can get Maxwell House to sponsor a dogging site! 
As for prostitutes frequenting these places - WHY? Several people offering sex or performing sex to watch for free, why would you want to pay for it?
There is less likely to be car crime at a dogging site, when the criminals and vandals could go elsewhere and not be seen committing crime.
To me, we are helping REDUCE crime in this country. Not forgetting all the speeding motorists which are kept off the road, because they are sat in a car park, watching the action!!
