Dogging in Cardiff

Hi there, new to this (i.e. never been dogging - yet!!) and keen to find out more.
So - can anyone tell me the best locations around cardiff for dogging? Any tips or hints that might help me out? (I have read the advice on the forum - thanks!) I know its a long shot but any couples or ladies want to initiate me in the art of dogging ?? lol
