With so many parking spots to choose from, some quite muddy at the moment, am i just being unlucky in not finding anyone out playing at the moment?

I find that amazing......That's where we cut out teeth with dogging! It used to be if you didn't get into a car park before closing time you couldn't get in one :shock:
Doggers used to stay in their cars with the windows open to listen to the excitement coming from the adjacent cars, they were parked so close. quite often two couples to a car as well.
we moved away from the area 15 years ago. sad to hear of it's decline.
i have been there quite a few times and had my first and only experience so far , i was parked next to a car with a couple in , she was giving him a bj and they had window open , at the time i was a bit unsure what to do i so wanted to get out of car and stand by window but did not want to break any rules 
so i sat and watched , they carried on for a while and did not seem to mind me watching , i really regret not getting out of car ! should i have got out or did i do the "right thing " and just watch from my car ?

Sounds to me like they did want you to get out and have a good look as the window was open, however you probably did the right thing mate. I can never get it right does the window open mean come close or are they just hot!!!!!

They didn't stop but didn't invite you closer....so it sounds like the right thing. Plenty of couples are new too so caution is wiser than spooking them. I'm pretty sure the more experienced couples are quite happy to let a dogger know if they want them closer

It's never easy knowing what's right or wrong! From our point of view it depends how far along the line we are, from our point of view if you had got out straight away nothing would have happened, after we had got down to a little 'play' if you had got out of your car and stood by it, (from your point of view) are they still enjoying themselves? fine then treat it like 'what's the time mister wolf'
if you move closer and they stop, your to close! return to your car and start again when they start again. It is never easy to get it right, but slowly slowly catchy monkey is always good to remember.serindipty wrote that you was not intivited over, not all couples do, we don't ever invite or flash any lights except by accident, evey couple is different so just enjoy and learn as you go along

And to pick up on Outlaws' comment on invitations, I should clarify that my comment about couples letting you know to come closer doesn't necessarily mean a verbal invitation as they rightly say

we don't ever invite or flash any lights except by accident, evey couple is different so just enjoy and learn as you go along
that goes for us too..we'll, we'd be wrong to say we NEVER use the interior light, or headlight flash, but it certainly isn't our preffered option..to use the light thing implies an invitation, or permission, which is fine, its personal choice..for us however, the fun is being caught in the act
we often have the window ajar, for ventilation, and to prevent them steaming up 
if the guys have "stalked" us, they won't often attempt to reach in..if we've signalled them over, they are more likely to read the open window as an invite..it all sounds confusing, i know, but all the advice in the above posts is sound.

That as got to be the best description I have ever heard and spot on advice!
We dont normally signal with lights or anything (well, not intentionally) but do let it known we are playing (possibly from the noise with the window being left slightly open)
but if someone came straight over and stood by our car before we had started we would not play, if they waited till we had started, then great, watch all you like We also find it hard to start anything if the doggers come and talk to us before we are playing. Somehow it loses the anonymity and just does not feel right (another reason why we dont do pre-arranged meets). Dont mind sharing a few pleasantaries afterwards, but not before, it just does not feel right :lol:

perfectly said NWC, I just can't switch it on, I'm a woman I have to get to a certain level sexually before..............
funnily enough some doggers have never dogged us because they come right over and start talking to us straight away, BIG mistake. Sorry guys but you got to learn that we get caught out accidentally at first, and after we are turned on
we have asked some in the past to take a drive and come back in ten mins and see what developes.
