Flashing or touching up in public

hello eveyone im dean id really like to get into flashing but i only want this to be organised so the the people im flashing will not get upset id also like to touch people in public places or have them touch me.
i would like for a couple to walk past and drop something and ill pick it up for you as well as touching you up. or maybe in a packed lift i stand in front or you and put my had backwards to feel you up. id apreciate any other sujestions or advise on where to start.

I can assure you I am carrying everything very tightly with two hands and avoiding jsing lifts anywhere for the next few days........just in case !!!! :shock:
