Seems like there have been a lot of arseholes taking liberties and spoling it - not suprised the locals are up in arms if they think their kids are at risk...but what really intrigues me is the claim in the online petition that this area is a designated (by the police??) "Public Sex Environment"...I can't believe there's any such classification, I suspect it's just misrespresentation by the petitioners furious at the Bill, but does anyone know anything about this?
