we tried visiting the dover site listed on here last week and found a very nice gate across it, we checked it out and both agreed that it was of excellent quality and if cared for with the odd splash of cuprinol, would last a long while, which kinda suggested that we had better find somewhere else for the next 20 years till the gate rots. So, if you guys have any suggestions as to where we can go now, within an easy drive we would love to hear them.
Are you anywhere near Orpington? There i a wonderful place, still untouched at Jubilee Park. Give me an invite if you want to be watched.

You mention you've been to a few places in the Dover area. Could you PM me with details of any decent locations. I've tried most o those posted on this site but with no luck a tall. Jags - I've sent a message to Mark asking if it is technically possible. I suspect not - but worth asking the question.
I agree that they deserve what they get, it's anyone else that gets troubled by no fault of their own which bothers me. And the fact that these sites can become regular targets.
If only some of these people had there brains located above shoulder level it would be OK!
I'm not a mod - but I'll also do my best when I'm here to point them in the right direction.
Perhaps we should have some agreed text that we can cut and paste into a post!

It wasn't good - especially as our host had given me specific directions to get back to Newcastle the 'pretty way' - never again - straight up the A69 is fine and I can do it without much thought - had to avoid a farmtrack full of demented chickens. But that was VERY FUNNY!!!
