Interesting thread.
To the best of my knowledge there are actually no locations that are considered dogging spots in central london. I have heard of the odd "incident" in the park adjacent to london zoo (is that non specific enough mods ;-) )but to be honest the nature of central london doesnt really lend itself.
That said Im more than happy to be proved wrong. Shit Id be there like a shot .
Anyway FWIW all the fun starts in the burbs
