Tammy dave, I dont know the place you have mentioned but it certainly sounds like a specific loation. It may be worth reading the site rules which clearly state you should not mention any locations on the forums and then editing your post to remove it before one of the mods do it for you.
best advice has just been given.....go back and delete specific name. You may be new, but it only takes a few minutes to read through the rules above. The fact is if you name a place it will get swamped with people.....some will be boy racers, intent on spoiling your fun..and some may even be jounalists after a story for a quiet news day. this is the perfect way to drive away any couples that may of even had half a thought of going there.
The only way these days to find places is by trial and error...and by sitting for a couple of hours in a car park and observing any movemnets.

Well, I managed to locate the place on Google and I dont live anywhere near to the area!
Tammy Dave, if you go back to your original post and click on edit, you can then take out the name of the place and put a more general area in.
If you are looking for some good advice, you cant do better than reading the following post

No need to look on Google, when the place & specific directions are posted on the top of this page in the 'dogging locations' section. Why is that allowed ? Even so it is best to keep locations as private as possible, hence the PM.
