I used to go out a few years ago and there would be a few couples, and half a dozen or so Doggers. Not only were there fewer men, but they had some respect and patience. Has anyone else noticed a BIG change over the last 2 years?
The best car parks have a continuous stream of cars coming in and out, all headlights blazing. I presume it is so they do not have to get out of their own cars to see if the others have a couple inside! And when a couple do come in, within sometimes only 1 minute, they are staring through the windows of that car. It used to be you waited for a signal. Please don't get me wrong. I am not a wrinkly old git, I am only 40, but things have changed.
Is there any point any longer going out?
Please, post your replies and let us know what you think.
If you are a couple, what gets you going, and what turns you off? If you are one of the headlight brigade, why do you do it? Are there any others who feel as I do?
Or am I just out of touch?
