Anyone knbow what the dogging situation is like at otterspool in Liverpool these days? Used to be good a few years back, but these days I don't seem to be able to encounter other folk. Could be the weather/season but I'm not sure? My voyeuristic/spur of the moment fun days seem to be at a close....
