The law have been doing the car parks for years...every now and then they have a car crime initiative and swamp them with marked and unmarked cars....big deal....I've seen a copper do a drive-in...look at the motors parked up and then drive out.....to walk back in a few minutes later and check the place on foot...then just bugger off and ignore it all.
