Maybe it just a passing fancy of ours , but we want to know what others think .
When we first started reading the dogging forum here we reckoned we didnt need long to tell the real people from the pretenders . Having been on the net since gas computers we pride ourselves on spotting bulltypers fairly quickly , they almost always drop a few unintended hints along the way .
However of late we just arent sure , there seem alot of people here who claim to be one thing but dont come across quite right , usually because of their attitude and agression . Of course there are those that are quite obviously genuinely good folks , and you probably know who you are , but either there has been an large influx in unpleasant and frankly confrontational dogging 'couples' or the guys who think they can prosper by pretending they are what they are not are coming mob handed and planning their attacks .
We cant believe that there are as many saddos that get a kick from pretence as there appear , but its just an uneasy feeling about the way some 'couples' post lately that makes us think something is amiss.
Anyone else noticed , or should we up the medication ?
yeah,its a big problem with the internet i guess,well any media where someone cannot be people can hide behind masks in any walk of life,like an actor who can't face being interviewed as himself,because he isn't sure who "himself"really least in a face to face,or television,you can assertain that the 17 hear old hunk,is in fact a 65 year old letch getting off on a wank fantasy as he tries to manipulate a conversation towards thats ever been into an adult chatroom,and i dont mean the swingingheaven one,as i've never been in it,so cant comment,will soon realize that the majority of people are living out some fantasy creation,where every girl is a teen slut,every guy blonde,muscular and hung a baboon,you only have to look at their probably more the domain of geeky loners to creat this type of persona,but for the purposes of deception on this forum,obviously the goalposts would shift,but does explain the amount of guys and couples failing to show,at prescribed venues....personally,it took us a while to find this website,having waded through several in the past,and this does seem to have the edge,considering its a free site,over the majority,concearning the amount of genuine people it attracts,but,like yourselves,it does sometimes become apparant to us,that several contributors are less than genuine..it is hard to go much further without pointing fingers,so i'll hold my breath,but as i suspect your thread was only meant to assertain other peoples opinions on the subject,i think we have agreed with you......there are a couple on this forum,who consistantly write bollocks,in fact so unintelligable is much of their gratuitous ramblings,i fear for the perpitrators sanity,dirtydoggers...need i say more?
Never a truer word said than the previous post by DirtyDoggers. And as I have said before, it's damned hard to prove yourself to be genuine.
For what it's worth, I'm a single guy, too old to be in my early 20's, not humg like a baboon, ugly enough to blend nicely into the background and totally devoid of cheesy chat-up lines. But I do try to be honest!
I've drifted in and out of forums since the days of Deja. Where there is interesting "conversation", I can get hooked, where people start shouting, I go...(life's too short)
Experience (my own and the writings of others) shows that the internet in general (there are no doubt some exceptions) can't be relied on to do wonders for the expansion of your social circles, so I don't have any expectations, and if anything does come of it, well, I'll count that as a bit of a Brucie Bonus. For meeting people, I've gone back to partying and clubbing, with dogging done as a bit of a "chill-out" thing (a bit like guys who go fishing finding that to be a relaxant from their normal everyday stresses)
So there you are, a bit about me!
The problem with a verification system is that it is a double edged sword. it can just as easilly be turned into a villification system. There are the jealous, the envyous and the "mischievous" ones, and also those who have personal grievances who could abuse such a system and stain someones personal reputation out of malicious or vindictive reasons.
Listening to doggers talking in the car parks, everyone has something negative to say about everyone else. I dare say when my back is turned, envy and jealousy on the part of others will cause my name to be blackened as well. For whatever reason it is, as soon as you succeed in getting a show, someone else who missed out makes you out to have taken something away from them, and teddy bears get thrown out of prams. It would be sad if that sort of thing started to go on here too.
Oh God no !! We never ment to start a verification debate !! Thanks for the replies guys , for what its worth the majority of the folks on this thread ( including the unneccessarily paranoid Wigans) are under the obviously real heading for us .
Just a musing thats all , if you know us you'll know the last thing we want is new rules !
i have to say my piece as well as a single man it seems we are all tainted with the same brush of peple who are not the record i actually enjoy meet people rather than sit at my pc and write sweet have to say in the photo ads i have been stood up by 4 couples talk about not being genuine but having said that i met two couples that ihave become close friends are not all time wasters i am constantly looking to satisfy and i keep promises never fail.
Now then you two ! You know thats not what we meant at all . We know you both are doggers , and part of the reason you must be is your constant dissapointment followed by bouncing back . Were gulity of being warm weather doggers ourselves LOL. We didnt want a debate about the fakes on the internet , they go without saying . It just seemed to us there were a higher than average amount of 'sus' couples on this particular board than usual . We may be completely wrong and they may just be real couples who are plain unpleasant and overbearing , its just that generally the real ones arent , its a patient persons sport we reckon , so attracts generally laid back folks.
