I've been popping onto the carpark just after the school and just before the castle/barn up Rivington but all I see is men. Does anyone know if this is the gay dogging spot up Rivington, or whether there is somewhere else to go to?
Incidentally, if there are any women hiding in the bushes who fancy some 'hot action (Cue wobbly music)' then I'm the guy in the blue Puma. If not, where are y'all?????

Go to any dogging spot in the country and you will see mainly men (I DEFY :shock: anyone to tell me different
). This is because there are more male doggers than female doggers - simple as! Some dogging locations are used for both straight and gay sex (sometimes at the same time :twisted: :P ), and some aren't,but I would say that in most places you will get some of each (personally, wouldn't want it any other way :twisted: ).
Rivington is a place I know fairly well, having lived in the area all my life. It has always been used for sex (well for as long as I can remember!) by all sorts of people, but is not as busy as it used to be due to the boy racer problem that has been annoying the spot for some time. There are also a lot of non-doggers use the location for various reasons, which is a pain for day time activities. Dog walkers in the day, boy racers at night - all action dead, pronto! I was at Rivington yesterday but there was nothing going on. You should probably try Entwistle, as I think more couples go there. As I assume you are looking for straight sex only, you might have more success. However, don't be suprised to see mainly guys! Dogging is about patience and politeness. Good luck!

I accept its about patience but I want to see what goes on before I gently lead my wife up the dogging path so to speak. If it involves me sitting in a car for 3 hrs then I can my research time being limited haha.

Yesterday, had a quick look round Rivington but then went on to Entwistle to give that a try - so did lots of guys, but there wasn't any action going on - it was raining very hard though!

Indeed. I think the police know (and check) all the common dogging locations, Rivington included, from time to time. If they stop you, offer them a boiled sweet, they'll see you're a decent guy and not arrest you

so thats why ive not been out for a while lol went to penny flash on weds night tho and i must admit i got out for the car for a second and wow it was blowing a gale so we ended up back at the cpls house we met there

there are to many bad doggers about at the moment they think ever couple are available straight away they show respect for the nice couples that are out dogging ie they drive up to them headlights on , park right next to the couple , dont wait for the lights to go on , think that ever couple is happy with ten guys around their car etc etc etc - remember guys its for the couples as well not just you - pumapaul a proper dogger

in reply to kevin the carpark near the school has, for as long as i can remember ( and long before dogging hit the press ) been known as a cruising area for gay men. its highly likely if your parked there you will get aproached. just remember they where there before hoards of " doggers" came on the scene. the roads up to the higher barn are the same and are used for cruising.

Not much info in the way of a description, other than it was a young man (early 20s), thin, with a very thin face. He didn't see the car as the guy had left his car and walked over, as it was dark he couldn't tell what kind of car. Sorry, not much help!
