Ah, but if you're nearly "caught in the act" :shock: woods have the advantage as there are more places to escape. Also, the police are less likely to bother about what folks do in wooded areas, if only because they can't be bothered to trudge through mud 
However, if you like the exhibitionism, more open spaces are better. It depends on your wants and needs, and of course how you define dodgy.
