We're thinking of taking a trip out this weekend but we haven't done anything for so long so we're not sure which locations are still 'operating'. Wife is looking to 'relieve' a stranger somewhere safe (rather than somewhere in full view of passers by...and the police!).

Thanks to the few who got in touch. Only the one location which we have checked out and it seems OK. Surely there are more places in South Manchester and Stockport that are safe? We did drive out tot a place overlooking Hyde (two words, starts with a W and ends in Low) but the boy racers seem to have liberated it for themselves.

mmm heard nothing but bad things about the w L place. great setting through the day for strolls etc. but like many places near a large populus the boys use them to play in their cars. there are a few places over this way. which is only a few miles from yoursaelves and heading outwards inot the hills a little more so quieter, although I';m a single guys these days and would be looking to play as thus, or part of a select grouping lol.
