Not sure if this belongs in this forum or the Cafe so I've ( heinously! ) cross-posted in desperation :!:
Can anybody help me out? Jan ( see our ad 268934 ) insists that certain supermarkets round our way ( South London ) are sought out on particular evenings for casual "pick-ups" eg ASDA on Wednesday, Sainsburys on Thursday, Tesco on Tuesday etc ( but she won't say which store goes with which night ;-) ! ) She heard this from a "trusted friend" who she's not prepared to name!
She insists that one night a few months ago she went to our local supermarket ( short red coat, black basque, little else ) at about 9pm on the "correct" evening, announced her intention to be picked up by placing her shopping into a hand basket in an otherwise empty shoppping trolley and within 30 minutes had been approached by three guys, all with the same "shopping basket in empty trolley" sign. She says she's seen other "provocatively dressed" ladies using the same signal in the last few months...
After a few meaningful glances had been exchanged a couple of the guys followed her from the checkouts to the corner of the car park ( dark corner! ) and, well, you know....
Is this a complete fantasy? Is it true? Does anybody know the secret timetable? PM or e-mail me please, either I've been going around with my eyes shut while I've been late night shopping or this is her best ever wind up! :-)
